You're not alone! The intimidation of not knowing what you're doing coupled with a standard gym setting with people judging you at a glance is more than enough to discourage the most confident person. 

Thats where Body Blueprint comes in! We are a fitness studio designed to get you going and keeping you on track while motivating you to accomplish your goals! No matter what program type you choose or fitness level you are there will always be a trainer near by to help guide you through every step of the way. There's no intimidation here, all of our clients were or are where you are in your fitness journey, but hey don't listen to some text you're reading on a website; hear it from people who were once was were you are, at the beginning.

MEET MOLLY...

 After a lot of encouragement from my husband, I started at Body Blueprint this past July (2017). My husband had already been going and convinced me that it was a program that not only I could do but could succeed with. My journey began with some rehab for Achilles tendonitis. That transitioned into personal training. I must admit that walking into my first session I was expecting that it would be like boot camp. Someone yelling at me telling me to do things that I was never going to be able to do. Nope! It was a very knowledgeable trainer that showed me I was capable of so much more than I thought. Before I knew it, I was doing personal and or small group training 5 days a week. I looked forward to going actually. Hitting each new goal made me want to push even harder. The small group sessions allowed me to see where I wanted to get to. The personal training gave me the knowledge and encouragement to get there. 

 In the beginning it was all about losing the weight and rehabilitating my Achilles.  I did a round or two of the Reboot, following the low carbohydrate and low sugar diet. Since then my entire way of eating has changed. The weight has come off and I am currently down 40 pounds. But it's so much more than that now. I feel better than I have in 20 years. I have more energy and even more self confidence. I continue to work for each new goal and look forward to each new challenge.

Body Blueprint has been with me every step of the way. As my trainers, they have convinced me that I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. They know how to push me beyond my comfort zone and that is where the results come from. Their friendship and kindness is genuine and their knowledge is exceptional. It has been a lot of hard work, sweat and yes, laughing. I would recommend the program to anyone looking to lose weight and get back in shape.  Looking back , the first step was the easiest. I only wish I didn't wait so long to take it.

MEET SARAH...

​​I am a work-from-home mother of three and was so desperate for some physical activity and fitness in my life, but I had no idea how to fit anything into my schedule.  I never heard of a gym offering free childcare before, so I admit, hearing about that really changed my mindset from the start. I only had to figure out how to balance all of the "stuff" I had to do with the times the childcare was offered. As it happened, everything slid perfectly and I was able to begin attending the small group sessions with Body Blueprint. 

In the beginning, the classes were extremely difficult! I was coming out of hibernation, so to speak, and struggled with doing lunges, planks, running, you name it. It took a lot of determination and patience to show up daily and face the same inability over and over. I wanted to give up daily, but the trainers at BBP pushed me to continue. They offered a modification or some encouragement that always made me feel like I was one try away from "getting it." Even though I felt miserable and frustrated with my own weight and fitness level, the trainers made me feel like I could do it. They paid very close attention to my form, and I began to start feeling stronger, every day. 

Fast forward over a year, going to classes between three and five times a week,  I am no longer that miserable, unfit person, looking for any excuse to quit. I have a new lifestyle! I've lost over 40 pounds!  I have more energy now than I ever have had before! I feel capable of doing the exercises! I still struggle with lunges and planks, but I have the confidence now to keep facing them and I know one day I will do them well. I have realized that we all struggle, and  the struggle is what strengthens us, breaks down the barriers and creates an amazing team...A team that I am proud to be a part of.
