Here at Body Blueprint we get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly rewarding and something we take personally. We've been helping clients from around NEPA with their fitness training since 2006. We firmly believe in the positive benefits fitness brings to all areas of our lives, not just to our appearance. Are you ready to make a change?
Owner and Head Trainer
CHRISTIE ESTADT
SMU, BA, C.H.E.K. Exercise Coach, C.H.E.K. Practitioner, USAW Level 1.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years and have held every certification from Step Aerobics to Pilates to CrossFit. My specialty is in Corrective Stretches and exercises. My passion is improving the mental and physical health of my clients.

Things change rapidly in the fitness industry! Over the past few years, I have found it more and more difficult to help people reach their transformation goals. I discovered, after much research, that the problem lies much deeper.
This is what led me to my latest certification, Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialist. Now I can take an in-depth look at whether there is an issue with digestive health, thyroid function, adrenals or hormones. Perimenopause and menopause can be managed if approached correctly!

Another exciting area of this program is helping people reach optimum health. Through lifestyle changes, bloodwork and proper supplementation we are able to help people reach their goals!

General Manager & Personal Trainer
ERIN TOOLE
BS, Exercise Science, East Stroudsburg University
MS, Clinical Exercise Physiology, East Stroudsburg University

I have been a lifelong runner. In my mid-twenties I fell in love with resistance training. I decided to turn my passion into a career.

I earned my BS in exercise science and my MS in clinical exercise physiology from East Stroudsburg University.

Over the last 10 years, I have worked in two nationally accredited heart hospitals, specializing in the integration of education and exercise to help patients with cardiopulmonary conditions improve their lifestyle and heart health. Patients that had undergone open heart surgery or angioplasty, suffered a myocardial infarction, or received a congestive heart failure or arrhythmia diagnosis would exercise in our gym, under our guidance, while on an EKG monitor. Our team would help create an improved understanding of the importance of regular exercise and nutrition modification to improve the patient's overall health.

My approach to fitness is, with consistency, any goal is achievable.

KAZIMIR FANTANAROSA
B.S., Kinisiology, Penn State University
NSCA-CPT

I graduated from Penn State University in December 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, focusing on applied exercise and health. During my last year at Penn State, I received the FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Level 1 certification and completed a 200hr personal training internship where I had the opportunity to work with many different types of people and help them reach their fitness goals.
After graduating, I worked in a chiropractic office as an assisted stretch therapist for NEPA Stretch Worx. An assisted stretching program involves moving different muscle groups and joints through their respective range of motion with the goal of increasing flexibility, reducing pain, and preventing injury. I have also recently become a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. My approach to fitness is that through hard work and dedication anyone can reach their goals no matter where they start. Exercising can become a lifestyle and should be fun!

My main approach to fitness is through functional training using kettlebells and dumbbells.

Head Trainer
JOSHUA WAYMAN
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
Nutritional Coaching Institute Level 1 Nutrition Coach

My love for training started when I first got into football in 8th grade. I had a great strength and conditioning coach who introduced me to so many ways to improve an athlete's performance and one's own health.

From there I kept athletic training and health as a priority in my life.

In 2022 I got my personal training certification and my nutritional coaching certification shortly after. I started with online coaching and Body Blueprint has been my transition into in-person coaching and training. My methods of training and health coaching will bring the health and performance of high level athletes, first time beginners walking into the gym or the realm of health & fitness, and everyone in-between to the next level.

My fitness journey began like many others with ups and downs and a struggle to commit to regular exercise and a healthy diet. Over time, I discovered the transformative power of healthy living. These benefits inspired me to become a personal trainer so I could help others achieve the same.
