FITNESS
People join Body Blueprint for a variety of reasons: to lose weight, to increase strength, and to just simply feel better about themselves.
Our Fitness Program is designed for adults of all ages, fitness levels and abilities who are looking for a great workout. We offer three different types of training programs, all led by a certified, experienced fitness instructor: One-on-One; Semi-Private, and Small Group training sessions.
We offer 54 Small Group training sessions each week, plus Open Gym time five days a week! You can work out on your schedule — book your sessions for 30, 45 or 60 minutes! We are the only gym in the Abingtons to offer this much flexibility for our clients! We know a wide variety of session times makes it easier for our clients to get in the workouts they want and need, when they need them.

HEALTH
A regular workout routine is only part of getting to and maintaining your optimal level of health. Our Health program enhances your workout experience to prevent injury and illness so you can continue your workouts and enjoy your healthy new life outside of the gym.
At Body Blueprint, you can add a variety of professional services to your monthly workouts, including personal training sessions, nutritional counseling, and stretching.
Our gym is the only one in the Abingtons with an InBody Scanner — we analyze your progress as you burn fat and build muscle! The proof of your hard work is in the results!
