Our FITNESS program is for adults of all ages — regardless of their current level of fitness or experience in a gym setting — looking for a great workout. We offer One-on-One, Semi-Private, and Small Group sessions, each led by one of our experienced, certified personal trainers.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

​

Get the highest level of personal attention with individualized fitness sessions at a time that's convenient for you! You can choose from 30 or 60 minute sessions!

​

Your personal trainer will design your program based on your goals and needs and continue to modify your fitness program as you reach key milestones.

​

The program is ideal for someone with specific medical or physical needs, a busy schedule, or someone who wants a specialized approach.

 

Our personal training program holds you accountable, keeps you motivated, and improves your mental health and confidence!

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

​

Offered for 2, 3, or 4 people. 

​

You may choose your group and time or attend one of our set times for these sessions.

​

Your program will change weekly and keep your progress moving forward toward YOUR goals.

​

You get the best of both worlds in this program: a Personal Trainer AND a personalized program with the motivation of others who have similar goals as you. 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

​

More than 54 Small Group Training sessions are offered each week — the MOST in the Abingtons!

​

We pride ourselves on client flexibility and individual programming within these sessions.

​

We set a limit on the number of people per session so we can ensure you get the personal attention you deserve — and we are known for!

​

Our program is designed for a 60-minute workout. However, clients can join for 30, 45 or 60 minutes, whatever works best for their schedule!

​

During our sessions we hit strength, endurance, core and cardio. You'll leave feeling accomplished no matter your fitness level!
