Taylor Schirra, MHSc, RDN, LDN, CPT is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and passionate about health, nutrition, and fitness.
She works with our clients to develop a personalized nutrition program to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Her nutrition programs are based on each client's likes and dislikes, with realistic plans to help you make better food choices to stick with healthy eating habits for life.
