We work with men and women of all ages to help them reach their health and fitness goals.  We work with you to make a plan for nutrition, exercise and daily living that meets YOUR needs.

We've been in business for 18 years, helping thousands of people reach their health and fitness goals.  We get to personally know EVERY client.

We are conveniently located on Northern Boulevard in Clarks Summit, just off the

I-81 exit, with FREE parking in our lot!

As a member of Body Blueprint PTC, you have access to more services and more trainers than any fitness center in the Abingtons! We offer: 

  • One-on-one, semi-private and the most small group training sessions each week!

  • We set a limit on the number of people per session to ensure you get personal attention every step of the way!

  • All sessions are led by experienced, professional personal trainers who will modify exercises so you feel accomplished and successful at the end of each workout!

  • We have a registered dietitian nutritionist on staff to help you reach your nutrition goals

  • We are the only center in the Abingtons to offer the InBody body composition scanner!

Working out with people you become friends with makes going to the gym really fun and adds a layer of accountability that's effective. If I think no one is watching or if I'm trying to work out by myself, I'm almost definitely going to cheat on the burpees .

Going to Body Blueprint is my favorite part of the day. The workouts are always different and challenging. The trainers don't let you get away with poor form or lifting weight that's clearly not challenging you. It has been exactly the push I need.

 I legitimately look forward to classes in a way I have never looked forward to fitness before. It feels more like a privilege than a chore.
