We work with men and women of all ages to help them reach their health and fitness goals.  We work with you to make a plan for nutrition, exercise and daily living that meets YOUR needs.

Set up an appointment for a FREE consultation with our owner, Christie Estadt.


We will discuss your goals, identify obstacles and set realistic plan to achieve your health and wellness goals.
 

You will be assigned a personal trainer to help you along the way.  They will meet with you weekly to hold you accountable and keep you motivated!

We will set an appointment with our Registered Dietitan to fine tune your nutrition program.

Working out with people you become friends with makes going to the gym really fun and adds a layer of accountability that's effective. If I think no one is watching or if I'm trying to work out by myself, I'm almost definitely going to cheat on the burpees .

Going to Body Blueprint is my favorite part of the day. The workouts are always different and challenging. The trainers don't let you get away with poor form or lifting weight that's clearly not challenging you. It has been exactly the push I need.

 I legitimately look forward to classes in a way I have never looked forward to fitness before. It feels more like a privilege than a chore.
