The InBody uses advanced BIA technology to provide accurate assesment of your body composition. With this valuable data, together with our team you can track changes over time, strategize and target problem areas, and design a customized nutritional plan to help you reach your goals.

The InBody scan is easy, painless, non-invasive and takes less than 60 seconds!

It measures fat, muscle and water levels with unmatched accuracy. We will review your customized results sheet regularly and discuss what you should do next to achieve your goals.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

More than 54 Small Group Training sessions are offered each week — the MOST in the Abingtons!

We pride ourselves on client flexibility and individual programming within these sessions.

​

We set a limit on the number of people per session so we can ensure you get the personal attention you deserve — and we are known for!

​

Our program is designed for a 60-minute workout. However, clients can join for 30, 45 or 60 minutes, whatever works best for their schedule!

​

During our sessions we hit strength, endurance, core and cardio. You'll leave feeling accomplished no matter your fitness level!
