Semi-Private Training

Offered for 2, 3 or 4 people

You may choose your group and time or attend one of our set times for these sessions.

Your program will change weekly and keep your progress moving forward.

You get the best of both worlds in this program: a Personal Trainer AND a personalized program with the motivation of others who have similar goals as you.

Small Group Training

More than 37 hours of Small Group Training sessions are offered each week.

We pride ourselves on client flexibility and individual programming within this setting.

We set a limit on the number of people per session so we can ensure you get the personal attention you deserve (and we are known for)!

Our program is designed for a 60-minute workout. Within that hour we hit strength, endurance, core & cardio. You'll leave feeling accomplished no matter your fitness level!
