What is a Partner Challenge?

You and a friend or partner commit to a nutrition and exercise

program for 28 days!

WHY THE PARTNER CHALLENGE? 

  1. It’s just more fun!

  2. Research shows that when you work out with a partner you are more likely to show up and stick with it!  Our current members often say "I know my partner is going to be there so I don’t want to let them down."  And let’s be honest - they don’t want to get hazed for not showing!

  3. We want you to be successful!  Nutrition is also a big part of this challenge.  It is much easier to make better choices when someone else is doing it with you.

  4. SAVE $100 when you sign up before January 2!

We know our friends and family can either be a good influence or a bad influence - right?  Wouldn’t it be nice if you were both good influences on each other? You could do this for 28 Days!

For example, sometimes we just don’t feel like working out - but if your partner is waiting on you I almost guarantee you will make it!

It's all based on YOU AND YOUR PARTNER!

The Challenge is based on a points system.  You will combine the results of you and your partner and receive points for the following:

  1. Attendance 

  2. Weekly accountability meeting

  3. Weight loss - %

  4. Fat Loss - %

  5. Muscle gain - %

It sounds like I can win $500 if I lose weight, gain muscle, work out and attend weekly accountability meetings to make sure I am doing these things?? YES, THAT IS CORRECT!

WHO CAN BE MY PARTNER?

ANYONE YOU CHOSE!  It could be your spouse or partner.  I know for me my husband can be the worst - or best influence.  It could be one of your friends.  This is a great way to bond over a positive experience!  Or how about a co-worker or even the whole office??

 

Do you eat lunch together at the office?  This will definitely help with the daytime decisions.  This person will most likely workout at the same time as you - before or after work.

  1. Schedule your strategy session.  In this session we will lay out all aspects of the challenge and layout the plan for you and your partner!  

  2. Meet with the Registered Dietitian to set up your plan for the month

  3. Meet with your accountability coach to review your plan and set meeting times

  4. Have everything set up and be ready to go by Jan 6th!

We are a small group training studio - so our sessions are limited.  Some sessions are fuller than others - so we will have to check on the slot you would like to attend.  It will be first come, first serve so don’t wait!  We offer over 35 hours of sessions each week!.  Check out our schedule!
