HERE'S HOW OUR PROVEN 21 DAY PROGRAM WORKS:

IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR FREE PROGRAM, EACH PARTICIPANT MUST COMMIT TO THE FOLLOWING*:

  1. Attend your FREE consultation where we will set your goals, discuss your nutrition plan, weigh you and take pictures for your before/after success story!

  2. Attend 3 Small Group Training Sessions per week for 21 days (that's only 9 sessions — you can do it!)

  3. Attend weekly accountability meetings to review your nutrition and lifestyle.

  4. Log your food daily in our easy to use app

  5. Follow program discussions in meetings

  6. At the end of the 21 days you will weigh in and take measurements to see your progress!

WE OFFER MORE SMALL GROUP SESSIONS PER WEEK THAN ANY GYM IN THE ABINGTONS!

Not having a lot of time to dedicate to fitness is usually one of the biggest hurdles to overcome. Microdosing exercise sessions — shorter bouts of exercise — can be a lot more achievable for many people who are short on time but want to work out effectively.

This is one of the reasons why we have incorporated a more flexible schedule for our members. You can now reserve classes and stay for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Creating attainable goals is one way to help you stay consistent and motivated to stick with a healthier and more active lifestyle.
