SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Offered for 2, 3 or 4 people

  • You may choose your group and time or attend one of our set times for the sessions

  • Your Personal Trainer will design your program based on your goals and needs

  • Your program will change weekly and keep you moving forward

  • You get the best of both worlds in this program!  A personal trainer  AND a personalized program with the motivation of others with simillar goals.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

  • 37 hours of Small Group Training times are offered, in which you can pick the times you are able to come

  • We pride ourselves on client flexibility and individual programming within this setting

  • We set a limit on the number of people so we can ensure you get the personal attention you deserve! 

  • Our program is designed for a 1 hour workout and within that hour we hit it all: strength, endurance, core and cardio. You will leave feeling accomplished no matter your fitness level.
