KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PROGRESS WITH OUR InBODY SCANNER!
MEET WITH OUR NUTRITIONIST!
ENJOY STRETCHING & YOGA!

Body Blueprint is the only fitness center in the Abingtons to offer our clients the benefits of the InBody body composition scanner!

Use our new InBody composition scanner to track your progress! The InBody composition scanner measures real results quickly and easily!  It breaks down the composition of your body into water, dry lean mass and body fat.

Step on the scale, input some information and wait for your personalized results! It's that easy!

We will review and interpret the results for you.  We will be able to tell where you can make improvements (and track your progress). We can also tell you how many calories you need to reach your goals.

It doesn't get any better than this!

She wants to help her clients treat food as fuel to help them become the best and happiest version of themselves.

We offer several programs where Taylor can help you: our popular 28 Day Challenge, our 6 Week Intensive program or 3 Month Lifestyle Change.

ENJOY STRETCHING AND YOGA!

STRETCHING keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy! We need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without stretching, muscles shorten and become tight. We become more injury prone when muscles are short and tight. Stretching just once won't give you instant flexibility. Like exercising, it takes practice and consistency to maintain and achieve flexibility, especially as we get older. Commitment to a good stretching program will help you avoid injury, reduce stress, improve posture, increase circulation, decrease low back pain and discomfort, reduce muscle soreness and enhance athletic abilities. At Body Blueprint, we provide assisted passive stretching techniques and well as active stretching instructions to help you reach better mobility throughout the body.

YOGA challenges your mind and body in unique ways. The focus is on tapping into body awareness elements of traditional yoga as well as balancing and improving energy systems within the body.  We offer Iyengar and Ashtanga-based yoga with an athletic inspired flow to the sequence. All classes focus on controlling body movement through the breath. Expect to sweat, stretch, and destress by the end of each class.
