STRETCHING keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy! We need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without stretching, muscles shorten and become tight. We become more injury prone when muscles are short and tight. Stretching just once won't give you instant flexibility. At Body Blueprint, we provide assisted passive stretching techniques and well as active stretching instructions to help you reach better mobility throughout the body. 

YOGA challenges your mind and body in unique ways. The focus is on tapping into body awareness elements of traditional yoga as well as balancing and improving energy systems within the body.  We offer Iyengar and Ashtanga-based yoga with an athletic inspired flow to the sequence. All classes focus on controlling body movement through the breath. Expect to sweat, stretch, and destress by the end of each class.
