You will be assigned a trainer to help you along the way.  They will meet with you weekly to hold you accountable and keep you motivated!

We will set an appointment with our Registered Dietitan to fine tune your nutrition program.

I came to Body Blueprint to lose weight before my son's wedding.  I had tried fad diets and other gyms, but nothing seemed to help.  
     Body Blueprint taught me to make sustainable lifestyle changes in my daily eating habits.  I love the workouts!  The trainers are both challenging and encouraging.  The multiple workout times allow me to exercise before work and start my day off feeling strong and healthy.
     My focus has changed from watching the numbers on a scale to overall feeling healthy and energetic.  I have lost 30 pounds and 18 inches and now I even have the energy to keep up with my two-year-old grandson.  I look forward to continuing my journey to better health, with Body BluePrint.

I joined BBP and started my 28 Day Challenge at the end of the summer. I've always been into health and fitness, but when the pandemic hit I let myself go and the weight started packing on. By late summer I was feeling really down on myself and needed to get back on track but had no motivation. My aunt suggested I go to her gym, Body Blueprint. 

From the moment I met with my accountability coach, I knew the challenge would be something I could execute and stick to, and paired with my membership to the small group sessions, I felt confident I was headed in the right direction. 

My accountability coach provided me with everything I needed to be successful, including a grocery list, a simple meal plan, access to an accountability app, weekly meetings and tons of support whenever I needed it.

All of the trainers at BBP were fantastic and offered advice and tips. The community of members there have been a huge support base and a source of inspiration. 

I lost 8 pounds and several inches during my 28 Day Challenge! Most importantly, I gained motivation, mindfulness, and a whole lot of self-confidence! Nothing can take away from a 1:1 personal conversation. Even with all the apps and exercise programing it can be hard for us to stay on the right track. That's why we give you an accountability meeting each week with a trainer. This gives you the opportunity to talk with a trainer about the things that matter to you. When you reach a roadblock or find yourself wanting to stray from the path, your trainer will be your true north and help keep you on track.

How Does the 28 Day Challenge Work?

The 28 Day Challenge is a proven method that gets real results. It's a combination of many factors: our fitness program, a nutrition plan that allows you to eat REAL food, accountability, technology, and the effort you put in during your workout sessions. When you follow our plan you will see results - we guarantee it!

Our Fitness Program

Our unique fitness program is the foundation of our members' health and fitness success, enabling them to build lean muscle, while losing inches and weight!  

While we recommend 3-4 sessions per week, you can participate in as many of our Small Group Training sessions each week for 28 days as you'd like. We offer these trainer-led sessions six days a week, from early to mid-morning and mid-afternoon to evenings. There's a time and day convenient for everyone!

  • 35 hours of Small Group Training sessions are offered each week!

  • We pride ourselves on client flexibility and individual programming within this setting. 

  • We set a limit on the number of people per session so we can ensure you get the personal attention you deserve (and we are known for)!

  • Our program is designed for a 60-minute workout. Within that hour we hit strength, endurance, core and cardio. You'll leave feeling accomplished no matter your fitness level!

  • If small group isn't the best fit for you, we also offer semi-private training and personal training.  We will discuss this in your consultation

We make your nutrition as enjoyable as possible and give you the tools to be successful. Our program is simple and straightforward. We help give you the knowledge to choose the right foods at the right times. You can still go out to eat and enjoy yourself. You're not food-deprived; you're food-fulfilled!

We will meet with you WEEKLY to help you overcome any challenges or make adjustments to your nutrition!
