I came to Body Blueprint because I was disappointed in how I let myself go. I ate fairly healthy (or so I thought) but was pretty sedentary. I considered housework and running around after my kids as exercise. My friends that go to BBP are all fit, and that's what I wanted too!

Our program is simple and straightforward. We help give you the knowledge to choose the right foods at the right times. You can still go out to eat and enjoy yourself. You're not food-deprived; you're food-fulfilled!

We Are All Accountable

Nothing can take away from a one-on-one personal conversation. Even with all the apps and exercise programing it can be hard for us to stay on the right track. That's why we give you an accountability meeting each week with a trainer. This gives you the opportunity to talk with a trainer about the things that matter to you. When you reach a roadblock or find yourself wanting to stray from the path, your trainer will be your true north and help keep you on track.

The 21 Day Challenge is a proven method that gets real results. It's a combination of many factors: our fitness program, a nutrition plan that allows you to eat REAL food, accountability, technology, and the effort you put in during your workout sessions.
